Ben Newton, who happens to be my nephew, somehow talked Elizabeth Howard into marrying him a few years ago. It was no doubt the best days work of his life.
I am absolutely positive they got married because I was there. And it was quite a shindig.

As most couples do, after a couple of years of marriage, they decided they were ready to have a baby and start a family.
Unlike most couples, they had a litter instead.
And I’m glad they had the friendship thing going. God really does have a sense of humor. He knew they would need much more than passion when they would have three diapers to change at the same time in the middle of the night.
So Papa Joe, Maw Newton, Papa Ed and Nanny - as you are gathered around the heavenly computer, I just want you to know that little Ben turned out just fine.
He married his gorgeous best friend and they already have a beautiful family.
Mary Camp, Southerland and Ridley Newton are the cutest girls this side of the Mississippi River.
I know the four of you are very proud. I had to share with you.
Just in case.
